About Me

Hello! I'm Jennifer Jane, an RN with 15 years of experience and a freelance health copywriter.

I am a nurse and a mother of five daughters, which, over the years, has naturally given me experience and expertise in parenting, women’s health, gut health, mental health, and nutrition. I have an interest in and enjoy writing about various aspects of health and well-being.

My passion as a nurse is to help people and educate them on managing their health conditions to optimize their health. Much of the health information on the internet is confusing or inaccurate, making it challenging for people to know what is correct. I help create scientifically accurate health information that people can trust.

My talent as a health copywriter is demystifying scientific research and transforming it into easy-to-understand, relatable information. I believe health information online should be written by credentialed health professionals to give people the confidence and assurance that their online research leads to accurate health information.

As a nurse, I understand the medical world, people's health needs, and how to explain science concepts in clear language that is easily understood. I want to work with businesses that I believe actually improve people’s lives. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and graduated summa cum laude from SUNY Delhi.

When not working, I enjoy my five daughters, my dogs, Bean and Honeybear, books, art, music, gardening, walking, kayaking, baking, making candles, and drinking coffee.
